On 17. and 19.04.2023 the SIS Language Olympics in English and Spanish took place. The venue was our Internationales Gymnasium Meerane. The best SIS students from grades 5 to 9 from the individual high schools and grammar schools competed against each other to measure their language skills.
In the process, our students were able to achieve all sorts of successes:
In English, Marcus took 3rd place for grade 6, Corinne took 1st place for grade 7, and Tom took 2nd place for grade 8.
In Spanish, Charlotta earned 3rd place for grade 6, Layla earned 4th place for grade 7, and Arne earned 2nd place for grade 8.
Our 9th graders did not participate because they tested their skills and abilities in the internship for this.
